To access the school's online platform, you need a personal account. If your family has never had a child enrolled or in the process of enrolment at the school, you can create this account yourself in just a few minutes from the login page. It will then allow you to enrol your child or children.
This procedure applies to students' parents only (legal guardians). Teachers, staff members and students do not create their own account: their access details are provided by the school.
Account creation takes place in two stages: you fill in a short form, then you activate your account using the link you receive by email.
Good to know: the screens shown in this article are the standard screens of the platform. Depending on your school's choices, the display may be slightly different for you: login page image and logo, question asked before the form, consent tick box, "I'm not a robot" verification…
A few checks will save you time:
Key point: an email address can serve as the login of only one Eduka user. In a family, each parent must therefore have their own address. Likewise, a school staff member who is also a parent uses two different addresses: one for their professional access and one for their parent access.
If the Create an account button does not appear on the login page, it is because the school does not offer online account creation: contact its administration directly.
1Open the login page. In the web browser of your computer or smartphone, go to the platform address, then click the Create an account button under the Register heading:

Good to know: the account can only be created from a web browser, not from the Eduka Mobile application. The application can only be used once your account is activated: you will then log in to it with the same email address and password.
2Indicate your situation. If your family has never had a student enrolled or currently enrolling at the school, tick the last option: the account creation form will open.

The other two options concern families already known to the school. They do not create an account: they direct you to login, password recovery or contact with the school. Some schools do not ask this question; you will go directly to the form.
3Fill in the form. It creates access for both legal guardians of the child in a single step. For each, in the sections Access for guardian 1 and Access for guardian 2, enter:
It is recommended that you set up access for both guardians now. For a single-parent family, simply leave the Access for guardian 2 block empty. If the school requires it, finally tick the box confirming that you have read its privacy policy:

4Validate. Click Validate account creation. A message confirms that a validation email has just been sent:

Your account is usable only once activated: this step confirms that the email address you entered is indeed yours.
5Open the activation email. Within minutes, an account activation email arrives at each address entered in the form. Click the link it contains. If the link does not open, copy the address shown just below and paste it into your browser.
6Verify the confirmation. The page Activation complete indicates that your account has been activated. Click Log in to return to the login page:

On the login page, enter your email address and the password you chose in the form, then click Login. You arrive on your home page, with the New Parent profile. The modules offered depend on the school; the most important at this stage is New enrolment, which allows you to submit your child's enrolment application:

Each guardian has their own access, with their email address and password. You can also use the platform on a smartphone or tablet, via the web browser or with the Eduka Mobile application.
Key point: if the activation email does not arrive, first check your spam folder. If it is not there, the email address may have been entered incorrectly: contact the school's administration, who can verify your account.
