Forgotten your password? You can choose a new one yourself in just a few minutes using your email address. This procedure is available to all platform users: parents, students, teachers, staff members, coaches…

It takes two steps: you request a reset link from the login page, then you choose your new password using the link you receive by email.

Good to know: the screens shown in this article are the platform's standard screens. Depending on your school's choices, the display may look slightly different at your institution: login page image and logo, "I'm not a robot" verification…

Before you start

Depending on your situation, the procedure is different:

• You know your login email address and you still have access to it: follow the procedure described below.
• You no longer know which email address is your identifier, you no longer have access to it, or you have changed it: password reset by email is not possible. Contact your school's administration, which can update your account.
• You log in with your school's account (button Login with…): your password is managed by your school, not by the platform. Contact your school to reset it.

Request a reset link

1Open the recovery page. On the login page, below the Login button, click the Click here link:

2Enter your email address. On the Retrieve your password screen, enter the email address you use as your identifier, then click Send:

3Check the confirmation. A message confirms that your request has been received. If the email address you entered matches an account, a recovery email will be sent to you within a few minutes:

For security, this message is the same whether the address is known to the platform or not. If you receive nothing, check the email address you entered and your spam folder, and wait a moment before making another request.

Choose a new password

Key point: the link received by email can be used only once and is valid for a limited time only. Use it promptly; if it no longer works, simply make another request from the login page.

4Open the recovery email. You will receive an email titled Retrieve your password. Click on the link it contains; if the link does not open, copy the address shown just below and paste it into your browser.

5Enter your new password. The page that opens displays your name. Enter your new password twice, then click Save. It must contain at least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit and one special character; the orange icon next to the field reminds you of these rules.

6You're done. A message confirms that your password has been reset successfully. Click OK: you are logged in to your account with your new password.

For security, changing your password logs you out of all other browsers and devices where your account was open: simply log back in there with your new password.

Confirmation email: After each password change, you receive an email entitled "Your password has been changed - Security notification". It shows how the change was made, from which device and from which approximate location. For a student account, the student's guardians receive it too. If you did not make this change, reset your password immediately and inform your school's administration.

If you encounter difficulties

Here are the most common situations:

• You are not receiving the recovery email: check your spam folder and the address you entered. Wait before making another request: a new request is only possible after a delay. If nothing arrives, contact your school's administration office.
• The email link no longer works: it has already been used or is no longer valid. Make a new request from the login page.
• Your new password is rejected: it does not meet the security rules. Choose a password of at least 8 characters combining an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a special character.
• You are receiving multiple recovery emails: your address is used for several accounts (for example a family account and a payer account). Each email specifies the account concerned: use the link from the one whose password you want to change.
• You know your current password and simply want to change it: you can do so, once logged in, from your account settings.
