Your school's online platform gives you access, with a single account, to the information and services that concern you. It is designed for everyone: parents, students, teachers, staff members, coaches… You can use it from a computer, tablet or smartphone, in a web browser or with the Eduka Mobile application.

This article explains how to access the platform, log in, choose your language and log out.

Good to know: the screens presented in this article are the standard screens of the platform. Depending on your school's choices, the display may be slightly different for you: login page image and logo, languages offered, school-specific login button…

Steps to access the platform

1Obtain the platform address. Each school has its own web address. It is provided to you by the school, usually on its website or by email.

2Have an account. If you are a parent and your family is new to the school, you can create your account yourself from the login page. Students, teachers, staff members and coaches receive their access directly from the school. ➔ Create and activate your account

3Log in with your email address and password, as described below.

4Forgot your password? The link displayed under the Login button allows you to choose a new one using your email address.

5On a smartphone or tablet, you can also install the Eduka Mobile app and log in with the same account.

Logging in

Go to the platform address. In the Account login section:

• Email address: enter the email address that serves as your identifier, usually the one you provided to the school;
• Password: enter your password, respecting capital and lowercase letters;
• Remember my credentials: this box, ticked by default, saves you from logging in again each time you visit on this device. Untick it if you are using a shared or public computer;
• finally, click the Login button.

You arrive on your home page. Its content depends on your profile (parent, student, teacher…) and the services opened by the school.

Some schools also let you log in with an account they provide (email, digital workspace…), using a Login with… button on the login page. In that case, your school will tell you how to proceed.

Choose the display language

The platform language is selected in the top right corner of the screen, even before you log in. Click on the displayed language, then select your choice in the Language selection window: the page displays immediately in that language. The languages offered are those that the school has chosen to open.

Once logged in, you can change language at any time from your account settings, by clicking on your name in the top right.

Log out

To exit the platform, click on the logout icon at the very top right of the screen:

Key point: on a shared or public computer, always remember to log out at the end of your visit, and uncheck Remember my credentials before logging in. Your information will remain protected.

If you experience difficulties

Here are the most common situations:

• The message "Login or password invalid" appears: check the email address you entered and the capital letters in your password. If you cannot remember your password, use the recovery link located below the Login button.
• Your account is temporarily locked: for security reasons, access is suspended for a period of time after several unsuccessful attempts. Wait before trying again, or contact your school's administration.
• The message "Cookies not available" appears: your browser is blocking cookies, which are essential for you to log in. Allow them for the platform website in your browser settings, then reload the page.
• The platform is temporarily unavailable: this may be a maintenance operation. Try again later.
• You have changed your email address or no longer have access to it: contact your school's administration, which will be able to update your account.
